Thank you yx.

It has not been well... Between us..

I tried to work, but still not hard enough.. No results yet..
Need to work something out..

We need to look for a place, and we need help. Time is running out..

I tried to make yx sleep.. I wanted her to smoothe herself to sleep.. As usual she was rolling around and not cooperating at all..

Finally I switched off the side light. My tears fell.. She seemed to feel my sadness. she came and touched me. And finally willing to settle down.. After a few minutes, she got up and climbed onto me, as if she is giving me a hug. Then she was sleeping on me.

Thank you for giving me this wonderful gift - my yx.

Best right?

I shall do the mass-messaging tomorrow. I had to do it!!!!!

??

I am sorry I am not going to share or talk anything about my yx..

It's my job. I have been a property agent since beginning of the year 2013. After my confinement, I actually looked up a gf who is doing very well in property, to join her. Correction - to be under her.

It did not work out with the previous friend and so I had to find someone else to help me.

It is 17 August 2013. It has been half a year.. And I still have not close any deals..

Except to sell b's old flat and helped his brother to buy a resale 3-room flat. Both not earning commission...

Previously when b said to farm with flyers, there were calls. A few for room rentals, one walk-up rental, one possible selling flat, two buyers.

We did landed homes in the west area, as well as HDB flats in jurong west area. We also paid Singpost for the private condos' farming. They all added up to quite a big sum of money.

The first buyer who called was a nerve-wrecking experience for me. I didn't know what to ask and kept hesitating to get back to him. Because I was afraid that he might ask me something which I do not know. End up, I lost the client.

As for the walk-up, the LL was asking a little too high. B said it's hard to take up the case.

One of the room rentals almost had a viewing but was cancelled last minute.

The best thing was, A, my manager actually gave me a lead for room renting in woodlands - to help a tenant find a room. End up, they found a room on their own. On the same day.

The possible selling one still have not decide if he want to sell or rent out his flat.

I do not feel good. Am I that bad?
Why haven't I close a deal?

Even for the one that A passed to me, it should be an easy case. I was arranging for viewing on the next day and they informed me that they had found a room. It's only a few hundred bucks and yet I didn't manage to close it.

I really feel damn lousy..

Now I need to search for our own property - one that is going to be our studio plus home.

Time is running out... We need to move by November. It's already August.

What am I suppose to do?

I need help...
